The Sustainable Chef is a new type of Cookery School and educational platform that offers classes, workshops & lectures across a range of different aspects focused within Food Sustainability.

Exploring Plant Based Cooking in depth, our classes bring together field leading specialists that pioneer a new way to connect with food - from Wild Foragers, Mycologists and Permaculture Farmers - to incredible Chefs and Nutritionists.

Classes will either be run from our innovative Café where you can cook entirely from renewable energy or out in idyllic nature depending on the type of workshop. 

Our aim is to help you use food as a tool to connect to the world.
